We only collect data that is important to process your shipment. We collect information like your name, mobile number, Email address and postal address. Any personal information above this is unnecessary for us. For example, we do not want to know your favourite movie or destination for a vacation. 

• Limited data access

We only give authorized users the access to data required at a given time. And before giving access, we make our IT team check if the access requested is required. 

• Avoid data silos

Data stored in different places lead to data leakage. And that’s why we at Freight Tiger store our customers’ data in CMS. 

• Access control 

Though we have a dedicated IT team who handles this, we still make sure to authenticate who has access to what data at a given time.
